Re-inventing the wheel.




Scrolling, scrolling...

Taking learnings from teachers, we wanted to make a product that slot into home and school environments seamlessly. It has forms and angles reminiscent of early computer mice, finished in Kano’s classic orange pop giving it a contemporary twist.

Whilst technically the most basic of the 3 accessories, the buildability of the device made it a very challenging project. 




Save the tail

We found a major pain point of wireless devices in schools was setting up bluetooth devices for entire classes at a time. This, paired with parents desires for quick and pain-free product set up, led us to keep the USB powered mouse alive.

The PCB is adorned with illustrations indicating different components and functions, there’s a distinct beauty in giving a digital mouse an analogue feel.
